3. 协助QE处理工具的客户投诉

4. 提供技术支持和必要时的客户现场技术培训

任职要求：

1. 工程及相关专业大专以上学历

2. 熟悉质量管理体系

3. 熟悉工具的应用和维修

4. 至少3年以上工具维修等相关工作的经验

5. 能阅读中英文机械制图纸或标准

6. 熟练使用检测测量工具及设备

7. 良好的沟通协调能力，细致耐心，责任心强
