Duties and responsibilities职责和责任
- Assist salesman for daily sales business, according to salesman confirmation prepare quotation, order confirmation or contract, goods arrangement; 协助销售人员处理日常销售工作，根据销售人员的确认准备报价，订单或合同确认，发货安排等；
- Coordinating with finance update outstanding payment status for salesman bi-weekly; 每两周一次与财务协同定期更新应收帐款情况给销售人员；
- Assist salesman for keeping close coordination with other departments; 协助销售人员保持与其他部门密切配合；
- Be responsible to update salesman for the goods information timely; 负责向销售及时更新货物情况；
- Assist salesman for preparing invitation letter for company events, for example, exhibition and so on; 协助销售人员准备公司活动邀请函，例如，展会等；
- Issue invoices to customer according to company procedure; 根据公司流程给客户开发票；
- Coordinating with other department for update salesman about goods information; 与其他部门协作，向销售汇报货物情况；
- Assist the organization of exhibition and other marketing related events and tasks; 协助展会，其它市场相关的活动和事务；
- Collect and document competitive intelligence; 搜集和记录竞争情报；
- Other task assigned by direct manager. 直属领导安排的其他工作。
Qualifications资质
- Proven working experience as sales assistant and/or marketing assistant 销售助理和/或市场助理的相关工作经验
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices 掌握基本的销售原则和客户服务操作
- Track record of over-achieving sales quota 跟踪记录完成的销售指标
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills 良好的沟通和人际关系技能
- Customer service focus 客户服务为重点
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality 友善，乐于助人，自信与亲和力
- Very good administration skills 很好的行政技能
- Excellent Mandarin and English written and verbal communication skills 普通话精通，娴熟的英文写作和沟通能力
- Excellent presentation and presentation creation skills 精通报告和创建报告
