Duties & Responsibilities :
? Shadow Client Executive(s) on client/prospect appointments
? Help analyze client/prospect research and industry issues and identify opportunities for delivering solutions
? Assist with preparing and presenting client presentations such as Risk Identification reviews, Stew- ardship Reports, Strategy Meetings, compensation negotiations etc.
? Assist in the development and finalization of Client Service Agreements
? Assist in preparing POS worksheets and annual budget documents
? Assist CE with the monitoring of revenue, profitability, and timely billing and collection (working capital) on each client
? Respond to day-to day requests directed at the CE
? Assist the CE in implementing action plans, monitoring progress, assuring service meets or exceeds client expectations, and protecting the firm from Errors & Omissions
? Communicate regularly with clients and service team members. Monitors feedback through sur-
veys and ongoing dialogue
? Act as project manager for specific service team’s work and renewals, as directed by the CE.
? Understand and comply with Marsh Professional Standards and Marsh Excellence.

？Requirements:
? Minimum of 3 years of professional experience
? Develop a Major/Minor in Industry
? Understand business environment and know how to read/interpret financial statements
? Questioning & Listening – Know how dialogue with prospects and clients
