职位描述：
ASIC FUNCTION（基本职能）:

Under direct or indirect supervision performs a variety of engineering and design tasks requiring application of standard techniques and procedures. Use engineering judgment and responsibility to resolve customer inquiries.
按照要求完成各种工程技术支持。根据工程技术知识经验和工作职责解答客户的问题。

PRIMARY DUTIES（主要职责）:

? Be able to finish overall seal and component part design and materials, proposals, layouts, installation, assembly and detail drawing.
能够准确完成产品装配和零件图纸，装配单，安装使用说明书等。
? Drawing checking and Approval for GA and Detail parts.
能够准确完成图纸的审核和批准。
? Product standardization in order to improve working efficiency and accuracy. Such as, working with OEM for standard pump housing using, Parameter design for seal part, Summarize standard GA with different size of each type seal with parameter and main operation data collection.
提高工作效能,积极推进产品的标准化，如和主机一起工作整理标准泵腔,实现参数化零件设计,对每个类型密封的标准化图纸进行整理收集及总结。
? Generation of engineering proposals / specifications for standard or special products, check the commercial team proposal is reasonable or not based on the cost effective and product performance on site, submit our feedback timely to technical support team for proposal correction.
对标准或特殊设计的产品提出工程解决方案/说明，结合成本和后续运行需要考虑密封系统选择的合性,并进行必要的沟通,对有问题的方案进行优化和修改。
? Detailed failure analysis activities, including investigation / reporting / resolution.
批准/拒绝采购或制造生产时的不符合图纸要求的成品零件。
? Submit new ideas of product, design to solve customer enquiry
能够提出针对于产品和设计的新想法，解决客户问题。

? Be able to use appropriate engineering tools (program, software, theoretical functions etc.) to do calculation for the product design and application analysis.
能够使用合适的技术工具（程序，软件，理论公式等），对产品的设计和应用进行深入的分析。

? Be able to finish other job assigned by Leader.
完成领导指定的部门其它工作


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY（基本入职条件）:

? Education（教育经验）:
o Bachelor's or Master’s Degree of Mechanical Engineering or Chemical machinery
o 本科或硕士以上，专业：机械设计及自动化、化工机械、过程装备与控制工程、热能动力工程、流体机械
o English ability ：General Listening and Oral, Skilled Read and Write.
o 英文能力听说一般，读写熟练。

? Experience（工作经验）:
o Typically at least 2 years’ in plant process systems and equipment design knowledge
o 一般需要至少2年过程工业设备设计经验
o Skilled in drawing software & Office software such as Sold Edge, PDM, word, excel and PowerPoint etc.
o 熟练运用绘图软件，如Solid Edge, PDM等；熟练使用Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）办公软件。
o Be familiar to product characters and design requirements.
o 熟悉公司产品的特性,及设计要求。
o Master the usage of internet tools about technology.
o 熟悉掌握与技术相关的网络工具的应用。
