职位描述：
工作职责：
1.工厂要求的直接采购活动及到货跟踪，付款申请；
2.供应商的合同管理及新供应商开发；
3.进口件的通关申请及跟进；
4.年度采购成本改善目标的跟进及达成；
5.部门经理安排的其他工作。

任职要求：
1. 2016及2017应届毕业生，本科以上学历，1年以上的工厂采购经验，熟悉采购活动；
2. 能熟练使用办公软件；
3.出色的沟通能力和抗压力；
4.良好的英语听说读写。

Responsibilities:
? Qualify the supplier’s qualification and manage the supplier’s performance.
? Manage all contract with supplier
? Follow the receiving and arrange the payment
? Ensure the purchasing activity align with company procedure.
? Prepares quotation requests containing engineering specifications, part/tooling parameters, quality specifications, delivery deadlines and pricing targets for potential sourcing and re sourcing
? Negotiates price, makes sourcing decisions optimizing long term price quality and delivery performance. Creates and maintains related documentation
? Understand procurement system and its relationship to the various interfacing departments. Maintain all purchasing data base to ensure dependant departments have prompt and accurate information.
? Creates, updates and edits purchase orders.
? Identify cost reduction potentials
? Participate to achieving target of the plant in terms of cost reduction, supplier quality and supplier delivery performance. Participate to updating the relevant reporting
? Supports engineering change activity
? Supports plant operation activities as required, such as quality and logistics
? Participate to the supplier continuous improvement
? Applies all EHS regulations, quality process and procedures and all other Kautex Textron policies and local laws
? Performs additional duties as assigned
? Consideration of guidelines and procedures, especially ISO 14001,OHSAS 18001 and the actual version of the IATF

Experience:
? College degree in Purchasing/Materials or comparable commercial education
? 1-3 years commercial working experience
? Business Experience in the Automotive Industry will be preferred
? English language skills are required
