Demands:
Home base, not limited in Shanghai工作地不限於上海
More than 5 years Solar / Semicom Industry working experience, especially with Diffusion furnace ,PECVD, ALD
Good communication skill
Can communicate with English

achieve customer satisfaction by providing support, guidance, training and service in the efficient installation, commissioning and producing the Tempress machines and processes;
performing complete installations of systems and retrofits in accordance with the Service principles (Safety-Quality-Output-Efficiency) is the main goal of the Field Service Engineers;
maintaining the relationships with customers and optimize customer satisfaction;
act as point of contact for the customer;
provide contribution to getting the (Final) Acceptance by customer;
proper timing in the escalation of customer problems;
? monitoring of quality, cost and implementation of the agreements with the customers.
