Purpose 目的
This is a rotating shift position responsible for the day-to-day operation of the air separation plant.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES主要职责描述
 
1.Responsible for the daily operation and maintaining of the air separation unit in Air Products and Chemicals TJ plant.
负责空气化工产品（天津）有限公司空气分离装置的操作和维护工作。
 
2.Familiar with production process, proficiently operating DCS, complete plant start up or shut down independently.
熟悉生产工艺流程，熟练操作DCS系统，能够独立启动或关停工厂。
 
3.Comply and strictly implement relevant safety Policy and working procedures of APCI.
遵守并严格执行公司的安全政策，作业程序。
 
4.Follow the work arrangement of the company, complete the tasks assigned by the production supervisor timely.
服从公司的工作安排，及时完成生产主管布置的工作任务。
 
5.Assist the production supervisor to with the safety of contractor or visiting personnel.
协助生产主管管理现场承包商和来访人员的安全。
 
6.Provide training to the new employees, ensure safety procedures and procedures to be known
培训分配到班组内的新员工，确保安全程序和作业程序。
 
7.Focus on personnel safety, process safety & reliability of equipment; identify potential hazard, report to the supervisor through the online system immediately and take measures to correct accordingly.
关注现场人员安全、工艺安全及设备可靠性，辨识潜在隐患，对发现的问题通过网络系统及时上报主管领导并采取措施加以控制。
 
8.Adjust equipment operation condition accordingly, make sure the product energy consumption and quality meets the company's assessment index.
及时调整设备运行工况，使产品能耗，质量符合公司制定的考核指标。
 
9.Complete the required process and safety training courses, pass the assessment test, Obtain internal / external qualification certificates.
完成公司安排的工艺和安全培训并通过考核，获得外部或内部颁发的资质证书。
 
10.Completely understand the site emergency response procedures, must have the ability to implement emergency response plan; take the temporary on-site emergency command coordinator role when manager is not on the spot.
熟练掌握现场应急响应程序，在发生紧急事故时，具备启动应急预案的能力，在主管领导不在现场时，临时承担现场应急指挥协调员的角色。
 
11.Have certain maintaining ability, complete PM task inspection/equipment maintenance independently or cooperating with engineers.
有一定的维修能力, 独立和配合工程师做好PM 检查和设备维修.
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS职位要求
 
1.College Degree in Petrochemical/mechanical engineering/electrical automation, English reading/writing skills are required, have to ability to read English equip technical materials and instructions.
石油化工/机械/电气自动化专业专科以上学历，具有一定的英语读写能力，能够阅读英文设备技术资料及使用手册。
 
2.Gender, age will not be required, at least 3 years working experience
性别不限，年龄不限，具有3年以上工作经验。
 
3.ASU /Hydrogen production equipment operation experience in chemical industry is preferred.
有空气分离工厂/制氢设备或化工企业工作经历者优先考虑。
 
4.Mechanical/electrical/instrumental equipment maintaining experience is preferred.
具有机械/电器/仪表其中一项维修经验者优先考虑。
 
5.Have Registered Qualification Certificate Certified Safety Engineer would be preferable.
有注册安全工程师执业资格证书者优先考虑。
6. Honest, hardworking, good team work spirit, can work in shift, strong ability to work independently.
为人诚恳，工作踏实，具有团队协作精神，适应倒班工作，独立工作能力强。
