Job Description:
? Track all open issues relating to supplier performance
? Responsible for assembly trials for purchased parts incl. packaging ( final release of complete PPAP by SQA)
? Investigation and resolution of product quality problems (suppliers)
? Lead on SC/CC-meeting to define criteria for CVS and supply parts
? Lead in meetings concerning ‘PSW scope’ for supply parts
? Participates on yearly P-FMEA review meeting driven by PQ
? Fills in supplier evaluation list as required (each month incl. background info)
? Lead supplier Re-Qualification audits
? Supports Plant Quality, PQ and Purchasing
? Lead Production Trial Run on supplier side
? Supports Kautex Lessons Learned Process (supplier issues)
? Lead supplier development activities if needed
? Ensure knowledge about and compliance with Customer Specific Requirements throughout your team and if necessary define training measures
? Support Plant Quality, PQ & Purchasing
Qualification:
? University or college degree in Engineering
? IT skills (MS Office) are needed
? Chinese and English language skills are needed
