职位描述：
1. To pay suppliers’ payment and employees’ reimbursement through the E banking system;
通过网银系统支付供应商货款和员工报销；
2. Check invoices that staffs submit to reimbursement and Department’s payment requisition;
审核员工报销单据和部门付款申请单；
3. Assist AP/ Tax Accountant to buy tax bills and small tax declaration, etc.;
协助税务会计购买税票、小税种申报等工作；
4. Responsible for compile monthly and annual cash flow forecast
负责编制月度资金流预算，年度资金流预算；
5. Supervise logistic and administration team scrap sales items on behalf of the Financial Department; collect cash and deposited into bank in time;
代表财务监督物流或行政废品销售事项，收取废料销售现金并及时存入银行；
6. In charge of pay imported duty and VAT by EASIPAY (Don fang zhifu )system, bank credit card annual inspection, SAFE documents management ;
负责海关东方支付系统支付进口增值税、关税，银行贷款卡年检，以及外管外汇单据管理等；
7. In charge of daily internal administrative affairs within finance department, financial archive keeping and external reception;
负责财务部内部行政事务，档案管理工作，以及对外接待工作；
8. Responsible for monthly tax filling application and work together with GL accountant to prepare annual tax filling documents;
负责各税种的月度申报工作,与总账会计合作完成企业年度汇算清缴工作；
9. Manage company’s fixed assets, to ensure each month general account same with detailed account;
公司固定资产管理和记账，确保每月总账和明细帐一致；
10. Other jobs assigned by the Finance Manager
完成其他领导交办的工作。

任职资格：
1. Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting discipline;
财务、会计专业本科；
2. Must hold Accounting licence;
必须持有会计证书；
3. Min.1 years of cashier experience in manufacturing Industry, possess invoice / tax experiences are preferred;
至少1年制造业出纳经验，具有发票/税务经验者更佳；
4. Well versed in MS office, experience in using SAP system is preferred;
熟练操作MS OFFICE办公软件，有SAP 系统应用经验更佳；
5. CET-4 or higher level, good reading and written English is a must.
英语四级或以上水平，必须具有良好的英文读写能力；
6. Local Tianjin resident is preferred.
天津户口更佳。
