职位描述：

1. Compliance with internal Group policies, process & external regulations

2. Better understanding of business, more interaction with other teams and understanding of the products in various dimensions on top of cost

3. Take more ownership in driving performance. Closely monitor performance, fcst future and send warnings on unexpected variance, resolve issues based on root cause analysis

4. Make rolling fcst for capex on quarterly basis and follow up with actual incur to make sure all investment are necessary to be invested and in line with forecast; follow up with CIP aging and make sure all long aging items are cleared on time; organize yearly physical count for fixed assets and summarize count report and follow up the action plan

5. Prepare productivity report on monthly basis and find gap vs. forecast; make productivity rolling forecast on quarterly basis and closely communicate with operation team to find all necessary cost saving opportunities to meet target

6. Expense control to ensure it is in line with target

7. Prepare cost analysis to support on-going and new project

8. Prepare BOD materials twice a year to make sure data provided is accurate

9. Closely communicate with FISS and platform to make sure no big issues in financial reporting; Support FISS and other functions to communicate with local government

1.Bachelor degree or above in finance related area

2. At least 5-year working experience in accounting firm or top 500 enterprises and at least 3- year experience in costing analysis area in Manufacturing field

3. Have Strong business sense

4. CET-6 in English, fluent in English writing, reading and speaking; Good skill in Micro Office, familiar with SAP is preferred
