Responsibility:
1. Finish monthly bank reconciliation in time
(1) Monthly bank reconciliation preparation（银行余额调节表）
(2) Weekly bank balance report preparation
2. Physical payments on internet or by check/cash, daily cashier works
(1) Payment Key-in via e-bank
(2) Update bank ukey information and signature information
(3) Filing of documents related with cashier position, bank statements, bank account opening and closing paper works
(4) Update money collection information on daily basis
(5) Opening and closing of bank accounts
3. Check bank acceptance received from customer per company policy, safe-keeping the bank acceptant and hand over to bank in time, process Bank Acceptance discounting and payment to vendor in time.
(1) Check BADs and find unacceptable features per company regulations
(2) Receipt, payment and Safe keeping of BAD
(3) BAD collection and discounting as well as custody via bank.
(4) Preparation of BAD explanation letters, and follow works with business.
(5) Other relevant documentation works and monthly report of BAD to head office
4. Prepare and send documents for Bank Guarantee/Letter of Credit issuing, input information into Metso Treasury system.
5. Maintain bank account balance and cash flow forecast in Trezone monthly
Qualification and experiences:
? 1-2 years treasury related experience,
? College degree, majored in finance or accounting
? Reasonable command of English,
? Familiar with SAP is preferable,
? Familiar with Microsoft office, especially Excel,
? Good personality, willing to take responsibility, easy to communicate and cooperate,
? Logical, responsive, positive.
