职位描述：
工作职责：
1.按照客户试验标准进行实验，编制实验报告；
2.管理实验室的规章和流程；
3.开发新的实验设备和流程
4.量具、检具的内校管理；
5.与产品工程师一起，对实验结果进行分析研究。

任职要求:
1.材料类,机械类等工科相关专业;
2.2017届毕业生，大专及以上学历，良好的英语能力，较强的动手能力和执行能力;
3.认同美资企业文化，良好的团队精神。



Responsibilities:

1 Provide expertise and technological know how within the organization
2.Support and drive cost reduction initiatives to reduce test and related costs
3.Define lean effective processes for testing and validation
4.Provide lump-sum calculations to be competitive towards external offers
5.Define and specify test procedures, equipment and work instructions for validation and production
6.Execute lab tests in the most professional way according to the test specifications to get test results reliable and substantial.
7.Define and execute action plans to ensure the capability of all test processes.
8.Support the zero-failure-strategy activities
9.EHS&Quality: Ensures that all specific issues regarding EHS and quality requirements are implemented and observed in accordance with OHSAS 18001 and TS 16949.
10.Ensure cleanness and tidiness at assigned field of activity
11.Calculate the working time of all staffs and issue the work efficiency report.

Experience:
1.diploma from university for applied science, Engineering, Chemistry or physics
2.Computer-based applications (e.g. MS Office, SAP)
3.Knowledge of product validation and testing
4.Knowledge of data acquisition software and programming machines
5.Understanding of automotive quality standards, particularly ISO 9001/2 and TS 16949
6.Understanding on products / systems. (e.g. possible designs, functional relations, legal requirements)
7.Understanding of customer specific requirements in terms of quality, specifications and tests. 举报 分享
