Station: Paint
油漆岗 Supervise paint condition, adjust the viscosity of the paint, assist Paint Shop Engineer solve issue.
监控油漆状态及调整油漆粘度，协助工程师解决问题。
Station: Machinery
机械岗 Maintain paint machine, deal with paint equipment failure to ensure normal production.
设备的保养及维护，故障的清除，保证生产的进行。

电气岗 Maintain paint machine, deal with paint equipment failure to ensure normal production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责描述：
Station: Program
编程岗 1. Supervise Painting Operator to properly operate paint machine following standard;
监督喷涂操作工按照操作标准操作喷涂设备，并检查工作情况；
2. Adjust the technological parameter by monitor the painting line’s running and painting products’ quality;
监控喷涂线运转情况和产品质量，并微调工艺参数；
3. Track and record daily production situation, and report it to Engineer;
跟踪每天的生产状况，做好记录反馈给工程师；
4. Assist Engineer in solve production issue, test new product;
协助工程师解决生产问题及新产品的调试；
5. Undertake any other tasks assign by the superior;
完成领导交办的其他工作。
Station: Paint (Chemistry)
油漆岗 1. Supervise the work situation of paint station’s Painting Operator;
监督并检查负责调漆工作的喷涂操作工的工作；
2. Control the status of the pain, like viscosity, purity etc.;
监控油漆状态：粘度，洁净度等；
3. Follow process parameter to adjust the paint, like the viscosity of the paint;
按照工艺参数进行调漆；
4. Record the paint’s inventory and usage amount, fill the paint parameters record form and submit the form to Engineer;
油漆库存及使用量的统计，填写油漆参数记录表并反馈给工程师
5. Undertake any other tasks assign by the superior;
完成领导交办的其他工作。
Station: Machinery
机械岗 1. Ensure the Paint Shop production normal running, checking and maintain the painting equipment, solve the equipment’s mechanical fault;
保障生产的正常运行，机械故障的清除及日常点检，维护；
2. Check the security status of painting equipment;
喷涂设备的安全状态确认；
3. Operate control panel by automatic/manual way;
自动/手动操作控制盘；
4. Operate automatic spraying system, confirm conveyor by automatic/manual way;
自动喷淋系统操作；输送链自动/手动确认；
5. In charge of conveyor system and L/S layout;
对输送链感应器/LS位置进行布局；
6. Undertake any other tasks assign by the superior;
完成领导交办的其他工作。
Station: Electrical
电气岗 1. Ensure the Paint Shop production normal running, checking and maintain the painting equipment, solve the equipment’s electrical fault;
保障生产的正常运行，电气故障的清除及日常点检，维护；
2. Check the security status of painting equipment;
喷涂设备的安全状态确认；
3. Operate control panel by automatic/manual way;
自动/手动操作控制盘；
4. Operate automatic spraying system, confirm conveyor by automatic/manual way;
自动喷淋系统操作；输送链自动/手动确认；
5. In charge of conveyor system and L/S layout;

QUALIFICATIONS岗位基本要求
Station: Program
编程岗 1. Education: college or above;
大专及以上学历；
2. Should familiar with ABB painting robot and painting programming software;
熟练操作ABB大型喷涂机器人及喷涂编程软件；
3. Should understand the process of painting line, and have basic knowledge for painting equipment;
了解涂装线的流程，并对涂装设备有一定的了解；
4. Must can adapt shift work;
能适应倒班。
Station: Paint (Chemistry)
油漆岗 1. Education: college or above, major in chemistry is the best;
大专及以上学历，化学专业优先；
2. Min. 3 years paint mixing working experience;
3年以上的调漆工作经验；
3. Must can adapt shift work;
能适应倒班。
Station: Machinery
机械岗 1. Education: college or above, major in machinery or relevant;
大专及以上学历，机械相关专业；
2. Min. 3 years machinery maintenance working experience in manufacturing industry;
有3年以上生产制造行业机械维修相关工作经验；
3. Have the painting equipment maintenance experience is a plus;
具有喷涂设备维修经验者优先；
4. Must can adapt shift work;
能适应倒班。
Station: Electrical
电气岗 1. Education: college or above, major in electric, automation or relevant;
大专及以上学历，电气/自动化或相关专业。
2. Min. 3 years electric maintenance working experience in manufacturing industry;
有3年以上生产制造行业电气维修相关工作经验。
3. Have the painting equipment maintenance experience is a plus;
具有喷涂设备维修经验者优先；
4. Must can adapt shift work;
能适应倒班。
