职位描述：
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for on-site people management, regularly review and evaluate team performance

• Cooperate with purchasing, planning and logistics to ensure raw material receiving and finish goods transferring following standard process

• Ensure forklift drivers follow up the process standard strictly and correct inappropriate operations timely

• Housekeeping management to make the warehouse clean and tidy

• Optimize the flow of logistics from the warehouses to the working areas, implementation of the Continuous Improvement Plan and modify the current process

• Team work with other department to improve pallet management, material receiving, material issuing and support finished goods transferring from filling to warehouse

• Organize physical counting in Warehouse, ensure physical counting efficiency and accuracy, analysis deviation in time, and take action to reduce the loss amount

• Manage the FIFO of additives in plant and monitor the aging with timely alerting to planning/quality dept

• Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and storage space is used efficiently.

• Daily management of the HSE in the dominative area, report deviation, observe subordinates deviation report and change

Qualifications / experience required:

• College degree or above

• 5 years work experience or above on warehouse management and 3 year team management

• Well known of ISO 9000/TS16949 and ISO 14000/OHSAS18000

• Good written English and computer operation skill

• Preferable communicate ability and team consciousness
