Job Responsibilities:
In conjunction with key stakeholders, prepare and agree project definition & project plans. Obtain financial approval, execute and close out projects.
Manage assigned projects throughout the project life-cycle to ensure scope, project program, budgetary and HSE requirements are met.
Support the implementation of key process safety initiatives, providing functional expertise & project management services.
Through application of process engineering knowledge, Management of Change, Process Hazard Analysis and design reviews ensure project proposals conform to national & company engineering standards.
Carry out basic engineering and prepare cost estimates for new plant and major modifications to existing plant.
Comply with company safety regulations and implement the safety responsibilities within the duty scope.
Accomplish the tasks assigned by superior.
Job qualifications :
Educated to degree level in Chemical Engineering
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Process Engineering / Project Management role.
Ability to work with minimal direct supervision.
Ability to organize and prioritize / schedule multiple tasks.
Good interpersonal skills; able to partner with site stakeholders and form effective and committed cross-functional project teams. Ability to influence the opinions and attitudes of Team members.
Good written and verbal communicator (in English language).
Preferred:
Knowledge of Process Safety Management tools (Management of Change, Process Hazard Analysis techniques, etc.).
Proficient in use of AutoCAD software. 举报 分享
