职位描述：
岗位概述：
根据总公司理赔工作的相关规定，保证分公司理赔受理、理赔调查、理赔审核、理赔问题件及退件处理等工作的顺利进行，负责理赔问题、理赔规则及结论的解释和说明，为客户及业务部门提供快速、准确、合理的理赔服务。
According to the regulations of claim business of parent company, ensure the smooth progression of the claim acceptance, researches, approval, procession of degraded cases and returned cases, etc.; incharge of the explanation of claim problem, rules and conclusions to provide rapid, correct and reasonable services of claims to the business department
提供高效、及时、热情的核保咨询、解释服务，维护代理人、客户、公司三者的利益，完成权限内核保和培训工作，推动本部门KPI指标的达成。
supply efficient, timely and enthusiastic consultation and explanation of insurance checking; maintain the profits of agency, clients and the company; finish the insurance checking and training within authority; promote the fullfillment of KPI indexes;

主要职责：
- 保证分公司理赔业务的顺利进行，快速有效地完成理赔受理、调查及审核；
ensure the smooth progression of claims; finish the acceptance, research and examination of claims rapidly and effectively
- 负责理赔问题件、退件的及时处理工作；
in charge of timely procession of degraded cases and returned cases of claim
- 负责向客户及业务队伍正确地解释和说明公司的理赔规则及结论，解答相关疑问；
explain to clients and business stuff about the claim rules and conclusions; solve related doubts
- 与总公司理赔部、分公司各渠道协调、沟通理赔业务问题；
Coordination and communication of claim business with the claim department of parent company and channels of branch companies
- 负责维护公司与医保中心、其它各医院医保科及同业理赔调查人员的关系；
maintain the relationship between the medical insurance center, the medical insurance of other hospitals and the claim researchers of insurance & the branch company
- 按时制作并上报总公司和分公司规定的各类理赔报表；
Make and submit all kinds of claims reports required by parent and branch companies timely
- 负责内外勤员工的理赔培训；
In charge of claim training of employees working inside and outside the company
- 积极协助部门内其他岗位的工作；
Help with work of other employees in the department
- 负责核保结论解释、高额保件初审、体检件核保处理及业务渠道核保咨询
in charge of the explanation of the insurance checking conclusion; preliminary examination of the high-sum policies; deal with the insurance checking cases with physical examination; in charge of the consultation of insurance check of business channels
- 负责外勤的核保培训讲义撰写、授课
in charge of draft the training material and lecture of insurance check of stuff work outside the office
- 负责契约调查并撰写调查报告
in charge of the contract research and draft of research reports
- 体检中心的沟通与维护，体检费用的结算
in charge of the communication and maintenance of physical examination center; settlement of physical examination fees
- 风险管理――按照公司有关分层授权的各项管理规定，完成权限内的业务处理，对超权限的业务及时提交上级解决；.
Risk control---according to the regulations of layering authority, deal with the authorized business; submit unauthorized business for solution
- 其他主管交待的事宜。

任职要求：
1. 大学本科（含）以上学历，临床医学或保险医学专业毕业
Bachelor's degree or above; major in clinical medicine or insurance medicine
2. 两年以上寿险公司核保或理赔工作经验；
2+ years' experience in settlement of claim in life insurance companies
3. 具备良好的服务心态、服务意识及服务技巧；
Good attitude toward service; skills in providing services
4. 较强的协调沟通能力，善于思考并解决问题，具有团队精神；
