职位描述：
Skilled and experienced Senior Accountant for manufacturing business center in Tianjin, China. Position is responsible for accounting, reporting and tax requirements to meet local and corporate objectives. Prior project accounting and controlling experience is helpful. This position reports directly to Fi***cial Controller.


Job Responsibilities
 
? Developing annual budgets and monthly forecasts;
? Understanding percentage of completion project and manufacturing accounting methods;
? Preparing and presenting cash flow forecasts, income statement, balance sheet and statement of owner’s equity;
? Ensure proper fi***cial planning, reporting, and forecasting;
? Establishing policies and procedures to monitor and improve current system of internal controls;
? Generating fi***cial statements in accordance with Chinese and U.S.A. GAAP;
? Meeting U.S.A. Sarbanes Oxley and audit requirements for the manufacturing business center;
? Other special projects as needed.


Essential Skills

? Exceptional communication skills;
? Highly proficient in English and Chinese - Verbal, Written and Spoken;
? Proficient in GAAP (Understanding PRC and U.S. GAAP);
? Project Accounting and Revenue Recognition;
? Knowledge of local and national regulations in the areas of tax reporting;
? System integration experience;
? Ability to manage commercial banking relationships and advise management;
? Fi***cial analysis and preparing presentations to management and board directors;
? Requires exceptional personal integrity, initiative, strong analytical skills, a very high energy level and excellent interpersonal skills;
? Ability to work in a team e***ironment and meet deadlines is very important.



Education Requirements
? BS/BA in accounting or fi***ce or equivalent;
? MBA or university equivalent and a professional certification such as a Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”), Chartered Accountant, Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred but not required;
? Proven leadership and presentation skills;
