Responsibilities:

Key Accountabilities:

·To ensure laboratory equipment is routinely calibrated and checked to maintain accuracy and repeatability.

·To review and update raw materials finished products specification. To ensure all incoming raw materials, products meet BP quality standards.

·To control nonconforming production and to advise corrective action to be taken. Analyze the root cause of fail product. Handle the Quality Complaint from the customer.

·To ensure all MSDS in place and distribute to relative department or personnel, maintain them properly and update them on time.

·To be responsible for new test methods setting up. To carry out QC test in accordance with industry standards, such as ASTM and IP;

·Responsible for ISO 9001 related work.

·To be responsible for quality control procedure continual improvement and timely update when necessary

·To operate in a safe, tidy and efficient style and ensure that records and retained samples are clearly labeled and stored in a well-organized manner.

·Follow the HSSE procedures of the laboratory.

Requirements:

·Bachelor degree or above with major in Analytical chemistry or related field.

·Minimum 5 years QC experience in manufacturing plant, lubes business is preferred.

·Result oriented with strong analytical and planning skills.

·Good written and spoken English.

·Good PC skills for Microsoft Office Word & Excel.

·Be familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001.

·Be familiar with China Industry Standards or regulations.

·Good organizing, problem solving and coaching skills

·Good communication skills including self-confidence and resilience.

Major state-owned company or multinational business environment is preferred.
