职位描述：
1. Lead projects assigned, report to Project Manager and share project information with cross-functional team to review.
2. Manage, control and follow up all process of project, communicate and coordinate with Quality, Procurement and Finance to keep all projects operating according to schedule.
3. Comply with the action plan to achieve objectives set by PM, notice and identify the potential risk of project and report to PM timely for direction.
4. Follow the whole project process to ensure time, quality and costs comply with the project targets, and archive all related documents to report to PM.
5. Coordinate with Procurement and Quality to finish the sample approval process and support to Procurement transfer sample to mass production.
6. Support PM to handle the project meeting, and report the project data, product information and supplier status to PM timely and regularly.
7. Search, identify and evaluate new suppliers within China Market, and be responsible for RFQ execution, price comparison, payment condition and delivery issues.
8. Collect quotations for current product and tooling, analyze and evaluate by cost breakdown, benchmarkand cost model to make sure our total costs are competitive.
9. Responsible for project transition from Sourcing to Procurement and support Project team to qualify new products and accomplish all process of project management.
10. Responsible for price negotiation, vendor management and operation cost reduction for regular products, collect and analyze procurement data to management review.
11. Participate in supplier annual audit and evaluation program, define and analyze vendor performance of price, delivery, service and cooperation willingness to management review.
12. Keep good relationship with cross-functional team and work with stakeholders closely to achieve the yearly team and personal targets.
13. Comply with the Compliance, Non-Competition and Regulations to keep all business of company out of risks and damages.
