Duties and responsibilities:

1. Sales Planning and reporting (15%)
-- Develops sales plan for assigned existing and targeted pool of customers.
-- Analyzes and assimilates industry and competitive information.
-- Researches targeted prospects and formulates contact strategies that include face-to-face meetings.
-- Prepares monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue forecasts and reporting
-- Meets monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives


2. Executes the Sales Plan and achieve target (75%)
-- Executes the sales plan and tracks performance of closed business.
-- Conducts research to identify prospect needs.
-- Explores new potential customer and markets and should be able to substitute other product solutions by aluminum extrusion.
-- Contacts and maintains 100% of assigned customers.
-- Designs customer-specific, value-based solutions to meet clients' business and performance improvement needs.
-- Acts on sales leads and provides status report.
-- Presents articulate sales proposals to client decision-makers and closes opportunities that meet clients' stated goals.
--Ensure order fulfillment
--Project Management

3. General Administrative and Other Responsibilities (10%)
-- Updates with all customer data and sales activities.
-- Fully knowledgeable about all available Aleris EP products and solution.
-- Knowledgeable of the competition and skilled at competitive selling.
-- Identifies training needs and schedules time for learning & development.

Requirement
1. University degree or above with a major in metal/machinery/metallurgical product; Engineering
background (Keen to learn things from others and by himself, familiar with drawings)
2. Three years of sales experience in EU/US MNCs;
3. Understand and familiar with the metal/machinery/metallurgical product and industry knowledge on Rail,
Auto, Shipbuilding, etc, preferred;
4. Communication, organization and coordination skill;
5. Progressive in personality and disciplined in ethics
6. Work with high customer orientation
7. Familiar with Microsoft office software and Lotus Notes email system;
8. Experience in Project Management preferred.
9. Proficiency in oral and written English
