职位描述：
任务 / Tasks
o 销售部日常行政工作 / Daily administration work of Sales Department
- FHK和FC系统报价及订单操作 / FHK& FC Quotation & SO processing through BaaN system
- 合同盖章及存档管理 / Contract chopping& keep files in order
- 客户增值税发票邮寄等 / VAT invoice delivery and recording etc.
o 非日常的工作 / Non-routine work
- 办公文件的及时传递及电话、信件的处理 / Handling all kinds of letters and phone calls, etc.
o 收集并跟进销售数据 / Collect and follow-up sales data
o 与其他部门合作保证各区域的正常运作/ Cooperate with other departments to facilitate normal operation of each sales regions.
o 相关文件的起草 / Make drafts of relative documents.
o 完成销售总监交给的其他工作及行政支持 / Other support & administration tasks assigned by sales director.

? 有ERP系统经验，了解供应链流程 / Experience in ERP system, familiar with supply chain process
