Responsibilities:

Key Accountabilities:

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

a) To act as a team leader to organize the daily filling operation according to supervisor's

instruction including contractor arrangement.

b) Following the weekly filling schedule to allocate the filling line base on daily work.

c) On-site supervision, good cooperation and communication with third party contractor.

d) Make sure finish goods with good quality and keep high productivity day to day.

e) Good housekeeping in the workshop.

f) Assisting the maintenance team.

g) Inventory packaging material and WIP monthly.

h) Make sure HSSE full compliance.

i) Conduct daily operation base on ISO9000 and ISO14000 requirements.

j) Take a active role in implementing lean manufacturing.

k) Help line manager to improve process and efficiency continuously.

l) Issue low risk work permit through RAP system and do monitor and verification during the progress of the work.

m) To act as a MOC committee member to conduct risk assessment during a MOC process.

KEY TASKS

a) To ensure working in a safe environment by carrying-out or comply with BP HSSE Policy, Requirements and Procedure.

b) To ensure execute filling operation full comply with work instruction.

c) To ensure conduct WIP oil transfer from Holding Tank to filling line under control by authority.

d) To maintain filling efficiency and running and break time record.

e) Daily report, monthly report and inventory report.

f) Keep a good relationship with third party and make sure information transfer smoothly between BP and third party.

g) To ensure all ISO 9001 procedures are complied.

h) To work as a team member and always keep on learning so as to increase efficiency and productivity.

i) To Help line manager to improve process and efficiency continuously by carry out lean manufacturing projects.

Requirements:

- Technical institute or at least high school graduated

- Basic knowledge of chemical, engineering, English and computer.

- Two years working experience in manufacturing.

- Good communication skill, presentation skill and team work spirit.

- High awareness on HSE.
