职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责工程部档案文件的归档、移交、借阅管理；
2、负责工程资料、图纸的管理、工程文件的处理；
3、负责会议纪要、周工作计划、月工作简报等公文整理；
4、完成上级交办的其他任务。
任职资格：
1、大学专科及以上学历，暖通、工程管理、工民建、档案管理等相关专业；
2、从事相关工作1年以上，具备一定的工程资料管理经验；
3、熟练使用CAD/WORD/EXCEL等绘图及办公软件；
4、具有良好的团队合作精神，责任心强；
5、工作有条理，有较强的协调能力。
6、熟悉暖通行业资料整理工作，逻辑严谨，工作认真负责，积极主动；
7、有资料员证、安全员证、驾驶证。
