职位描述：
1.根据生产经营和生产目标，制定合理科学的生产计划；
2.根据生产计划制定物料需求计划，并保证物料及时供应；
3.负责下达生产指令单，对生产进度进行跟踪，根据产品要求及时调整生产计划；
4.协调各方资源，及时处理紧急订单，确保完成生产任务；
5.做好生产计划执行检查和计划控制工作；
6.配合生产部门落实相关生产管理、计划与协调工作；
7.完成部门领导交办的其它工作。

任职资格：
1.熟悉食品行业生产管理规程，能准确理解食品安全生产的关键控制要素，并能自如运用；
2.对生产动态敏感，有学习力。具备基本的生产管理实务操作能力；
3.具备基本监管、分析、判断生产过程管理的能力；
4.熟练应用促进生产管理、生产数据分析相关的辅助工具；
5.有一定的协调能力、沟通能力、统筹管理能力；
6.大专以上学历，3年以上制造业生产管理工作经验；
7.熟练运用ERP/MRP软件；
