天津招聘

职责：
1. 精通于塑胶材料性能、塑胶模具、塑胶加工工艺（注塑/电镀/喷漆/丝印）；
2. 管控新模具试模到投入量产的成型工艺参数，懂得相关文件制作；
3. 注塑机台生产排程计划，人员调配安排，并明确其任务及相关职责；
4. 新员工上岗前培训（厂规厂纪、生产流程、工作职责），生产中培训（作业方法、技术人员设备熟悉）；
5. 车间5S管理；
6. 生产成本控制。
要求：
1. 大专以上学历；
2. 8年以上大型电子厂注塑车间生产管理经验；
3. 基本的英语听说读写能力；
4. 熟练操作电脑办公软件如word，excel，powerpoint等。
