职位描述：
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

- Lead the team to manage day to day tax operation of Cat facilities in BJ and TJ including tax filing, tax forecasts and other tax reporting to ensure all tax statements are properly prepared and submitted on time, which are compliant with China tax regulation.
- Keep good relationship with all tax authorities concerned. Deal with the external tax audits.
- Understand updated tax policy and ensure the business follow the latest national and local regulations and policies. Provide the professional suggestion and advice to the actual business module, meanwhile search any beneficial policy for company.
- Review the internal control procedure and flowchart, revise and improve the process to avoid the tax exposure. Initiate the internal self- assessment once apply.
- In charge of people managements (about 10 people) which include team member’s career development, engagements to build up the sustainable talent pool in tax areas.
- Lead both direct and indirect tax operations (tax filing and tax reporting) for Cat facilities in Beijing and Tianjin.
- Cat China inbound ISE payroll accounting and China IIT tax filing with EY’s engagement.
- Work together with Global Tax &Trade China team to support all facilities across the country for non trade charge oversea remittance out of China.
- Supervising primarily management personnel who perform tax compliance functions of varying complexity including working with selected financial systems, interpreting and adhering to China and corporate practices and procedures
- Prioritizing projects, assigning and reviewing work, and controlling the daily operating environment
- Participating in the development and support of China tax strategies
- Proactively interacts with customers to develop, understand and manage customer requirements and expectations
- Identifies, establishes, prioritizes and communicates goals and objectives of team

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's level degree and above, preferably in accounting, tax or controlling
- Demonstrate initiative, leadership, good judgment and superior communication skills
- Strong analytical, process improvement, problem solving and leadership skills
- Good English speaker

Desired Qualifications:

- Prior supervisory experience
- At least 6 to 8 years of tax experience
- BIG 4 background is a plus
