职位描述：
1.向生产技术组班长汇报工作
2.根据质量结果，负责系统的执行和维持所有工序变更，改正方法，特别是数控程序变更
3.确保连续性生产（保证整个生产计划的供应）
4.负责过程及刀具更换
5.负责排除各种故障及机器碰撞后的设备运转
6.在工序表现异常时，及时通知公司内相关部门人员
7.从过程可靠性和经济性（提高生产率）以及实现产品质量改进的建议方面考虑，不断改善现有生产工序
9.协助培训新员工（进行基本说明），特别是在质量偏移时与上级领导协商
10.机器数据采集（生产数据，刀具数量）
任职资格：
1.本科及以上学历
2.具备数控机床控制的知识（Siemens 840D）
3.具备设备维护、自动化、测量（测量-和检测方法及测量机器）基本知识
4.简单英语听说读写能力
5.能适应倒班
6. 至少3年相关工作经验（最好是在汽车行业） 举报 分享
