Job description
- To be responsible for CTS product sales(Beijin, Tianjin, Hebei province) and achieve sales target in assigned area by individual effort and team works. 负责北京、天津、河北区域售后产品销售,通过个人努力和团队工作实现区域销售目标。
- To develop and enhance good working relationship with customers in the territory to advance the selling efforts. 开发和加强与客户关系来推动区域的销售工作。
- To develop OEM and EPC in assigned area and improve direct sales 开发配套商和总包商,提升直销业务。
- To interact with marketing team to provide customer needs, follow up the customers in assigned region. 与市场团队互动,跟踪和收集区域客户需求。
- Responsible for account receivables in compliance with company credit policy. 根据公司政策负责应收款的管理。
- To realize continues growth of the business through personal sales plan and report analysis. 通过个人销售计划和报告的分析来实现业绩的持续增长。
- Other tasks assigned by manager. 领导交办的其它事项
Mission
To meet sales target by implementation of sales activities in assigned region to maximize customer values of products. 实现区域销售指标,并最大化产品的客户价值
Experience requirements
More than 2 years experience in indutrail sales field. 两年以上工业产品销售经验
- Good computer skills including Microsoft series and Outlook. 良好的计算机技能,包括办公软件
- Good communication skills in both spoken and written. 良好的沟通能力
Educational requirements
- College degree or above, majored in mechanical engineer or marketing. 大专以上毕业,主修机械工程或市场营销
Personality requirements
- Strong interpersonal communication and customer oriented. 优秀的人际沟通和客户导向能力
- Willing to travel. 愿意出差
