This person will be responsible for managing projects, turnkey suppliers, assisting site services for building and site infrastructure improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a several years of project management experience working small scale and large scale projects. The candidate will also have good cross-functional knowledge of mechanical, electrical, structural, fire and control systems that support all related building systems and equipment.
The position offers a variety of duties, including:
? Responsible for leading the project team to ensure the project deliverables are achieved, including: construction management, permitting, scheduling, quality assurance, budgets, contract coordination and ESH management and reporting throughout projects.
? Supervise a small team of project managers to execute projects.
? Assist in the development, implementation and execution of programs targeted to improve Chengdu site operations including building, infrastructure, quality, reliability, and operational effectiveness of systems and services.
? Coordinate, inspect and accept contractor work on electrical, plumbing, mechanical and other related building activities.
? Mentor and develop turnkey service business partners and facilities team.
? Evaluate supplier performance and target areas for improvement.
? Collaborate and coordinate with sustaining operations groups to perform electrical/mechanical/building system enhancements.
? Ensure all work complies with ESH and applicable codes and standards, including but not limited to work permits, building permits, confined space permits, burn permits, etc.
? Plan and maintain project budget.
? Be part of Facilities leadership team to develop strategic plans and meet site goals

Desired Skills:
? Bachelor's degree in Civil and Architectural, Mechanical; or related Bachelor's degree 5-10 years of experience working for Facilities organization within semiconductor industry. Experience working with multi-national company is preferred.
? Excellent spoken and written English language skills
? Full understanding of permitting and regulatory process in China as it relates to construction and project implementation
? Experience in administering 5S program is highly recommended
? Solid time management/priority setting skills, along with strong analytical and problem solving skills
? Excellent leadership and communication skills necessary for a highly collaborative relationship with turnkey business partners, external suppliers, and team members.
? Knowledge of budget forecasting, project management and cost control.
?Skill in influencing others, conflict resolution and driving process improvement.
?Skills necessary to achieve the balance between maintaining operating effectiveness and managing change in a fast changing environment.
