职位描述：
1、按工作程序做好日常的基本工作 
（1）服从咖啡店日常工作安排，并向主管人员汇报工作。 
（2）按工作程序做好营业前的准备、与上一班的交接班等事宜。 
（3）按工作程序做好各类咖啡及产品制作。
 2、接待客人并提供优秀服务 
（1）在熟练掌握咖啡店所有服务项目的基础上，按规范标准对客进行服务。 
负责咖啡馆日常客户服务，熟悉各类产品的制作程序以及产品价格。 
（2）关注客人的习惯与爱好，及时提供服务满足客人的要求。 
（3）负责收集客人意见，解答客人疑问。 
 3、其他相关工作 
（1）做好咖啡馆整体环境的清洁工作，包括地面、服务台、用具等。 
（2）负责对咖啡店的设施设备进行维护、保养。 
（3）完成领导交待的其他工作。

基本要求 
1、年龄在18-28岁之间、形象气质佳（有相关工作经验者优先考虑）。

4、接受能力强，灵活敏捷，具有创新精神。
