职位描述：
Responsibility
1. 执行采购订单和采购合同，落实具体采购流程；
To execute purchase order & contract. To implement procurement process.
2. 负责采购订单制作、确认、安排发货及跟踪到货日期；
Be responsible for negotiation of certain category, placing purchase orders, tracking the delivery status.
3. 负责制定物料管理计划；
Draft material planning and responsible for material management;
4. 执行并完善成本降低及控制方案；
Ownership of cost control and cost reduction.
5. 开发、评审供应商，维护与其关系；
Develop, assess the performance of supplier. Maintain proper relationship with supplier.
6. 提交采购分析和总结报告；
Regular spend analysis and cost control report.

Qualifications
1. 本科及以上学历；
Bachelor degree and above;
2. 3年以上间接采购工作经验，熟悉食品行业；
At least 3 years relevant working experience on indirect procurement and be familiar with the food industry;
3. 熟悉采购流程，良好的沟通能力、谈判能力；
Familiar with the procurement process and good communication skills, negotiation skill;
4. 工作细致认真，责任心强，思维敏捷，具有较强的团队合作精神；
Working in earnest, responsible, and have a strong team spirit;
5. 熟悉ERP统；
Familiar with the ERP systems;
6. 英语熟练，良好的听说读写能力；
Fluent in oral, listening, reading and writing English;
7. 有良好的职业道德和素养，能吃亏耐劳，承受一定工作压力。
