Core Accountabilities
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1.Performs a variety of administrative activities that are determined by the requirements of each specified HR function, as detailed below in Duties;
2.Provide support to HR recruiting activities, including JD, job posting and interview arrangement to ensure recruiting operations goes smoothly and efficiently;
3.Responsible for HR files and maintain systematic and complete employee personnel files/information, update on a regular basis
4.Handle of new staff orientation training; involve company training activities;
5.Responsible for work permit and residential permit for expatriate staffs, prepare visa documents and co-ordinate with accommodation and logistic for visitors
6.Assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources administration.
7.Other HR operational work support.
Required:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Bachelor degree is required, majoring in English or HR is preferred
Relevant work experience in a multinational corporate environment preferred
Excellent communication and written skills in English and Chinese
Good Communication skills, professionalism
Self-motivated, proactive and strong team spirit;
Good PC operation skills, particularly with MS word, excel and power point.
Well organized and detail oriented
