Responsabilities.
职位描述
1. Production daily management (Issue production orders,organize staff production activities…).
日常生产管理（处理生产订单，组织人员生产）。
2. Monitor and keep track of the manufacture process, ensure the effective completion of production plan and comply with customers tight delivery schedules (China and Overseas).
监督记录生产流程，确保有效地完成生产计划，以满足客户的交货安排（国内及海外）。
3. Be responsible for the coordination and schedule of activities related to production of new products, ensuring the effective implementation of the new product project.
负责新产品生产的协调及日程安排，确保高效完成新产品生产计划。
4. Set up, implement and keep updated company’s quality system in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
按照ISO9001及ISO14001质量标准，建立、执行并更新公司的质量管理体系。
5. Be familiar with 3C,CE and UL certification processes.
熟悉3C CE及UL资质的审批流程。
6. Develop procedures, guidelines and supervise their implementation.
开发执行SOP以监督指导执行力。
7. Accomplish product, processes and quality system audits as well as tools and equipment verification and supervision.
负责产品、流程及质量体系的审核，同时对工具及设备进行管理。
8. Quality reporting (NCR’s), complaints assessments and quality problem solving in cooperation with our customers.
制作质量报告（不合格产品报告），评价投诉及质量问题处理。
9. Support customers in after-sales and technical service.
为客户提供售后及技术服务。
10. Deal with maintenance of workshop equipment in order to guarantee production plan.
负责车间设备的维护以保证生产计划。

Job Requirements
职位要求
1. Mechanical/Electrical bachelor degree.
机械/电气相关本科及以上学历。
2. Fluent in oral and written English，CET-4 or higher level.
熟练运用英语口语及书面语，通过CET-4或更高级别的考试。
3. Practical, rigorous, meticulous and responsible person.
务实，严谨，一丝不苟，有责任心。
4. Clear thinking, good communication skills, strong team spirit.
思维清晰，良好的沟通能力及团队精神。
5. Familiar with office software, technical design software (CAD, Solidwork), etc.
熟练运用office软件，技术设计软件（CAD, Solidwork）等。
6. 2 years relevant working experience in machinery manufacturing enterprises.
2年以上相关在机械制造企业的工作经验。
