Main responsibilities and key activities:
Check OEF/costing sheet/PA and other paper work submitted by sales team, filing all the paper work in order
Place PO in XAL and submit to factory, ensure system orders in line with relevant paper work, all the information is correct and compliance
Update order processing report on daily basis and follow up with APAC operation team on order status
Responsible for GCH sales operation QDIP board, prepare monthly summary report (OTD/ORR/Discount, etc.)
Coordinate with custom agency to smooth I/E process, maintain proper records and documentation for both incoming and outgoing shipments
Work with local logistic supplier to arrange HW domestic transportation and short term storage for demo machine
Check T&E expense report of sales team, make sure expense amount is correct and invoice compliance with T&E policy
Sales operation process training if any new sales joining
Other ad hoc project manager assigned
Qualifications and professional knowledge:
2-3 years relevant experience in a sales/service trading company
Familiar with MS Office, excellent skill on excel
Good communication skills, proficient in both written and oral English
Detail oriented, analytic thinking, smart and willing to learn
Competencies (personal qualifications):
Strong sense of integrity and compliance
Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight timelines
High energy
Positive, self-motivated, proactive team player
