职位描述：
1.了解工厂EHS体系以及中国 / 国际EHS法规适用于本公司, 确保公司制定的EHS系统遵守这些规定。
Understand Plant EHS System and China / international EHS regulations that apply to the plant to ensure APW EHS systems are developed to comply with those regulations.
2. 面向公司员工导入EHS介绍和培训, 以确保他们都符合安全要求、安全工作实践和流程。
Conduct EHS introduction and training to new starters to the project, including company staff so that they are acquainted with safety requirements, safe work practices, and procedures.
3. 在废料管理/消防/排弃物、安全实验和生产等领域建立流程和制度。
Establish procedures and guidelines in following fields: wastage, fire, evacuation, safety laboratory and production.
4. 收集报告安全的实施数据和统计数。
Collect and report safety performance data and statistics.
5. 确保周期性常规检查（锅炉，压力容器，电梯，消防器材等）设施随时可用。
Guarantee compliance relating to periodicals regulatory inspection (boiler, pressure vessel, forklift, elevator, fire-fighting equipment )
6. 优化维护工厂废物管理系统（废品，固体，液体，气体，噪声）
Optimize and maintain the wastage management system of the plant (waste, solid, liquid, gas, noise)
7. 负责与环保部门的工作对接
