职位描述：
1.进行电脑维护; 打印机维护; 网络维护;服务器维护; 现场CAQ系统维护（现场工业电脑）;机房管理等;
2.对IT安全政策的解读; 确保公司网络数据安全; 公司数据的备份和管理; 灾备管理;
3.参与IT设备的询价与采购; 协调IT服务商的现场施工项目; 外包服务平台的管理（CSC服务台）;
4.年度IT预算创建及管理; 生产车间IT新项目的推进与管理; IT固定资产的管理;
5.协助各部门解决日常IT问题及系统升级;
6. 积极参与亚洲IT业务， 协助其他地区的IT工作， 增强团队合作与区域/全球沟通的同事分享心得;
7.持续改善IT服务及技术并更好地推进其他部门如财务、生产、技术、质量、物流、人力资源、EHS等向更好的方向发展。
8.帮助同事提高IT技能和数据安全意识。

任职资格：

（1）计算机相关专业，应届毕业生或在校大四学生，本科以上学历；
（2）有良好的英语听说读写能力；

Responsibility:
1. Plan, acquire, install, implement, and manage IT service and ensure its availability including but not limited to PC, WAN, LAN, WLAN, Server, Telephone, and applications based on business needs as well as Textron/Kautex standards and strategies.
2. Follow Textron/Kautex security policies/standards to ensure data security and disaster recovery.
3. Act as liaison to the outsourced infrastructure provider (CSC)
4. Create annual plant IT operation plan incl. budget, project, task, resource and manage them. Report status and KPI to the supervisor.
5. Coordinate IT helpdesk support to users
6.Be an IT partner for other local functions like finance, production, technology, quality, logistics, HR, EHS, etc
7. Drive continuous improvement toward IT excellence
8.Enhance team work by communicating with regional/global colleagues to share/acquire information, good practices and lessons and learnt. And actively support each other.
9. Maintains local IT suppliers to ensure cost effective service.
10. Train users to develop their IT skills and IT security awareness.
