Fields of Responsiblities and Tasks

Establishment, installation and commissioning of necessary production equipment within the given budget and timeframe
Troubleshooting during continuous production
Local certification and permission of testing devices according to calibration regulations
Care and maintenance of production equipment on a regular basis
Recurrent metrological inspection according to local calibration regulations
Planned Preventive Maintenance schedule. (PPM)
Technical training to local Engineers after being trained overseas
Key Fault finding skills.
Hands on Engineer

Responsibilities

Tasks include:
Measure related evaluation of test benches
Maintenance and care of existing production equipment
Elimination of measurement errors
Suggest improvements for measuring technology and components


Knowledge in the following fields:
Electronics (hardware and software)
Mechanics/ hydraulics
Logistics procedures for manufacturing requirements (SAP connection)
LabVIEW programming/ SPS-knowledge S7
Work Experience
2 years of professional experience in the field of production required
Intercultural Experience
