Position Overview:
Lead initiatives to manage/drive/enhance vendor quality for RM directs, indirect and logistics. Coordinate requirements across all site functions and identify solutions needed to close gaps necessary as well as manage miscellaneous initiatives as needed across site functions.

Job Responsibilities:
Working with key site management and existing SOPs, the position will be required to enhance and manage site processes creating a robust vendor quality selection and evaluation process. Also lead effort to streamline processes as necessary for individual projects including but not limited to Bonded Phenol project via transactional and logistic oversite and control. Identify missing processes/gaps across site supply chain, logistics (both warehousing and transportation) and procurement functions which may impact or be impacted by vendor quality or adherence to customs requirements for the bonded phenol project; required to develop those processes identified to be missing; will be required to develop people in the supply chain, logistics, and procurement functions at the site as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:
Strong Leader, ability to identify missing processes, ability to develop processes from scratch if necessary, ability to sell his/her own ideas, team player, self driven, 5 years leadership in supply chain function type roll where responsibilities include scheduling, logistics and procurement.

Preferred Qualifications:
It is not necessary that this individual be English speaking. Looking for a high caliber individual that can support the site leader to address the tasks at hand is more important than English speaking. The position must be located at Zhenjiang site. 举报 分享
