Responsibility:
* Typical work activities and primary responsibilities
* Experience with project management (close relationship with engineering company/ installation company / design institute/gas company)
* Develop and maintain distributor
* Make a Sales Growth and Customer Development Plan with sales manager.
* Gaining a clear understanding of customer’s businesses and needs
* Visits customers to sell defined products to current and new potential customers
* Maintaining and developing sales and relationship with existing customers via sales calls, telephone calls, emails
* Identify and Resolve customer concerns
* Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly sales activity plans and ensure proper execution and timely follow-up
* Participate in setting individual customer/account targets for Sales, Profit, BR, A/R and A&S
* Develop product/end-user knowledge and selling skills
* Controls expenses to meet cost budget guidelines
* Conduct market research through the use of multiple resource avenues in order to find new prospective customers
* Other duties as assigned
* Works with Marketing Manager for the account – where applicable and Sales Manager or Business Development Manager - to:
* Communicate new product demand/opportunities as required by new customers
* Assists in Sales Promotion activities
* Assists in the development of and implementation of Marketing Plan as needed
* Gather information and provides feed-back on competitor activities and market trends
* Assist in sales forecasting activities on a quarterly basis for the respective product account.
* Conducts customer presentations as needed
* Visit trade shows and customer training seminars
* Travel Requirements: Up to 75%
Job Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in sales management, Bachelor degree or above
* Understanding of how a distributor network operates and an ability to motivate towards GCE products
* Experience of all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management
* Experience inMachinary industry/Cutting and Welding industry.
* Ability to research & evaluate new market opportunities, demand for products, customer needs and insights
* Better understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
* Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professional
* Fluent in English and Mandarin.
* Strong effective communicator with highly developed demonstrated teamwork skills
