职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Quality issues analyse(process issues, CPK,etc)
? Project trial control( trail CP, Inspector training, trial inspect tool preparation, etc )
? Submit ECN application for approval by customers
? Confirm Warranty issues in customer side
? Final submitting PPAP to customer (similar lead function for supply parts at PQ, customer meeting together with PQ)
? quality assurance plan making
? Responsible for achieving manufacturing process quality targets, continuos improvement of process quality and process related quality documentation.
? Customer complait contact and defects sorting suppert
? Qualtiy stauts 4Q analyse
? Uses Internet portals of his customers, is aware about and able to train customer specific requirements.
? First contact for customer concerns. Coordination of 8D process.
? Responsible for alerting management when potential design issues arise where product design would have a negative effect on the product quality/functionality

Experience:
? College's degree, Engineering or comparable education
? Certified Internal Auditor by KAUTEX or external body
? Experience in negotiation with customers and suppliers
? Product knowledge is important
? Knowledge of applicable customer-specific requirements
? Knowledge in statistics, FMEA, Control Plan APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, DOE and product and process capability
? Knowledge of manufacturing techniques and business systems, e.g.: 5S, standardized work, Kanban, visual management
? Good English language skills is preferred
? Applying useful tools ( A3, PDCA, 5 why) to find root cause 举报 分享
