持有会计从业资格证书
Certified accountant
至少一年的外企财务工作经验，
Has at least 1 year financial experience during international company.

能够在设定流程和文件指导下工作

主要任务与职责
Main tasks and responsibilities
监督采购合同的更新并根据采购合同和供应商申请表维护供应商信息
Track the purchase contracts and maintain vendor information to ERP system.
核对采购发票、收货记录并入账
Check inventory receipt history and purchase invoice, book purchase invoice to ERP system.
保证应付暂估总账和明细账一致
Ensure AP estimated GL is matched with inventory received not yet invoiced List
定期安排供应商付款并清账，确保付款账期达标
Arrange the vendor payment monthly and clear the payable to attain the DPO objective.
开具外销发票并入免抵退税系统
Issue export invoice and key in tax system.
准备每月外汇付款资料
Make up foreign payment documents to bank.
月末核对银行余额
Check month end bank balance.
