Job description：

• Responsible for the company's procurement at home and abroad, develop and implement company procurement strategy;
• Develop supplier development plan, purchasing plan, and organize their implementation;
• Responsible for supplier selection, business negotiations and so on, set up and maintain of supplier management system;
• Set up supplier quality evaluation system, develop supplier management manual and purchasing process;
• Planning and procurement budget, control purchasing cost;
• Responsible for department daily management work and department staff management and evaluation;
• Analysis of market and freight distribution system, determine the short-term and long-term suppliers and supply channels;
• Be responsible for the review of due;
• Design and improve the company's logistics supply chain system, formulate and improve the practical procurement, warehousing and distribution of material flow, improvement of monitoring and management
• Materials planning and inventory management, the implementation signed the order and follow up

Job requirements：

• with working experience in automation industry purchasing management or automation engineers work experience is preferred;
• at least three years of experiences in leading a department;
• The foreign capital enterprise purchasing management working experience is preferred;
• Familiar with purchasing logistics business process, familiar with office software and ERP management software;
• English knowledge is a must or Germany knowledge;
• education: bachelor or above;
• major: not limited, but a technical background/experience together with business knowledge is required;
• sex requirements: not limited.
