测试技工的工作职责：
1、 根据测试工艺指导书，测试电机各项性能；
2、 确保测试质量，做好各项质量纪录；
3、 及时完成岗位生产任务和完成各项报表
4、 工作区域的5S
5、 培训和指导新员工
6、 完成领导交待的其他工作
任职要求
1， 持有电工证
2， 具有高压，绝缘测试实际操作经验，有电机测试经验优先；
3， 熟悉高压测试设备的连接和简单问题排除，例如电源，示波器 举报 分享
