职位描述：
Description of Specific Responsibilities and Duties:
Sales Process
1. Respond enquiries on customer's orders, prices, shipments, invoicing, production updates and contractual issues
2. Single source of contact for Field customer inquiries and sales & service team inquiries
3. Responsible for order entry into JDE;
4. Responsible for coordinating the shipping schedule and documentation for shipments;
5. Responsible for tracking inventory flow in JDE system;
？ Inventory Management for Local customers
6. Responsible for invoicing including VAT process
7. Coordinate the collection process with sales and finance.
Purchasing (Including Importation)
1. Responsible for verifying transfer price
2. Responsible for sending PO/Order card(s) to product manager then source manufacturing;
3. Responsible for issuing PO in JDE system and tracking goods received in JDE;
Documentation
1. Responsible for preparing sales contracts & PO
2. Responsible for creating electronic filing;
Communicate & Co-ordinate
1. Communicate with AJASM, AJTF and coordinate inter-company transactions;

Knowledge and Skills:
? Bachelor degree, 3 years and above MNC working experience. Similar job experience will be a plus
? Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese for both written and oral
? Proactive in working with Manufacturing, Finance, Customers & Sales Team needs.
? Team Player and capable of multitasking
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel & Outlook)
? Knowledge of JDE would be an asset
? Details oriented, meticulous and strong organization skills
? Familiarity with common business payment terms
