Overseas and Inner Group Purchasing
海外 / 集团内采购
§  Ensure competent quality execution of all regular overseas, inner group purchasing duties and administrative works
确保所有常规海外/集团内采购职责中涉及到的品质执行以及其它行政事务
§  Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system
维护系统中的采购记录、数据和价格的完整与更新
§  Maintain correct item information in our ERP System  (for customs purposes)
维护ERP系统中物料信息的正确性（基于客户层面）
§  Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties
所有常规采购职责的执行与监管
§  Monitor and co-ordinate open purchase orders to ensure that all items are delivered to our factory on time
监管并协调所有进展中的采购订单、以确保所有物料准时送达工厂
§  Follow-up of all open overseas and inner group purchase orders and ensure timely delivery
跟进所有进展中的海外/集团内采购订单、以确保交期
§  Maintain updated delivery times in our ERP system
维护并更新ERP系统中的交期
§  Timely information to other departments (productions / sales) about eventual late deliveries / problems
对于最终延迟的交期/问题点、确保与其他部门（生产/销售）保持及时的信息反馈
§  Plan and manage inventory levels of materials or products
计划并管理物料及产品的库存水平
Overseas / inner Group Logistics
海外 / 集团内物流
§  Coordination of all imports and exports with our overseas suppliers and group members
协调所有与海外供应商和集团成员相关的进出口事宜
§  Ensure that all necessary import documents are available timely and in correct form for smooth customs declaration
为确保顺利的报关通关、负责保证所有进口文件的及时性、正确性和可用性
§  Choosing right shipping methods in regards of time and expenses
兼顾考虑时效与成本、选择适当的物流方式
§  Keeping close contact to our overseas suppliers and group member for smooth order execution

The HAVER Group who is a famous German company and has more than 125 years history, is actively working on the Chinese market since 2005 with its manufacturing plant in Shenzhen and its sales offices in Beijing and later in Shanghai.

Today we have around 100 highly motivated employees and we assemble all kind of filling and packing machines, silo components and conveying systems. Our company also develops by its own machines and solutions according to the requirements of the Chinese and Asian market.
Due to our strong growth we decided to build a new plant with approx. 6000sqm in the UDA, Wuqing, Tianjin which will become the main entity of our activities in China. This new factory started operation by the middle of the year 2014.
