The position requires very close collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Customer Services for which you will play an integral role in gaining customer trust for our software solutions with the ultimate goal in Esko securing the order
-Remain autonomous to gain customer trust, while auditing their current workflow for improved productivity. Then bring in Sales to quote, Marketing for supporting documents or demos, and last Customer Service after the sale for installation and training. You remain involved for the entire process, start to finish, for a complete customer experience
-The sole purpose of this position is drive software sales in the Greater China region via a multitude of ways, including but not limited to:
Automation
Conversion of pirated Esko SW
Add-on Esko SW sales
Discovery of new accounts
You have the appropriate regional sales person do that. You give them the line items that should be quoted and allow them to be the sales person. Your role is to be a trusted advisor – which you will lose the minute the customer believes you are acting as a sales person
-You should have clear communication with service passing on all the details for a successful installation and training. You will follow up with the customer during the installation and training process, as well as, afterwards to assure the new SW is achieving their expectations
Qualification:
-Highly developed collaborative skills : outstanding interpersonal intelligence & excellent communication &presentation skills, to create commitment & trust
-Enthusiasm and determination to succeed
-Ability to analyze complex business subjects to conclude on commercial solutions
-Willing to learn and to improve
-Ability to identify business development opportunities (within the organization)
-Ability/willing to travel (approximatel70%)
-Deep knowledge about EG sw-products, explicit application in the different target segments
