岗位职责：
Be responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.
Provide IT technical support and services to site or specific area of technology. Coordinates and executes IT service change within a site (plant) to insure flow of information and communication to all involved parties. Procures IT equipment and services when necessary.

Responsibility
? Provide desk site support, troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
? Monitoring and maintaining client and all equipment in local Data Center
? Provide level 2 technical support and complete jobs assigned by service desk
? Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
? Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
? Involve project as local coordination
? Testing and evaluating new technology
? Maintaining records of software licenses
? Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies

任职要求：
Required Skills
· Experience with Microsoft server systems and normal IT infrastructure.
· Some knowledge of Client Server/Storage technologies.
· Some knowledge of VMware ESXi
· Familiar with backup tools, i.e. BE, Veeam...
· Have verbal and written communication skills in English.
· Good team work and ability to work independently.
· Excellent troubleshooting and diagnosis skills. Ability to use Root Cause Analysis techniques to trace problems to their source and find solutions
· Excellent customer service skills
· Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal customers and work collaboratively with others.
Education/Experience
· University degree or equivalent experience in related technologies required
