职位描述：
主要职责 Main Duties :
1、Book all Account receivable voucher in Finance system during daily work.
日常应收账款凭证在财务系统中的录入。
2、Verify sales order and related files, issue invoice both for finance system and tax bureau system， record and adjust about difference.
审核相关销售订单及资料，开具系统发票和税务系统发票,记录并调整相关差异。
3、Record and issue monthly sales sheet according to company product needed, check and keep revenue data correctness with finance system.
根据公司产品记录并出具每月销售报表，检查并保证收入与财务系统数据的一致性。
4、Keep invocie can be posted to customer in time according to customer requirement.
根据客户需求保证公司发票及时寄到客户。
5、Monthly AR balance confirmation of intercompany, especial for quarterly and annually closing.
月度内部集团对账，尤其是季度与年度结账。
6、 Issue Monthly AR aging report and keep a good communication with sales department to push overdue collection in time.
出具月度应收账款账龄分析报表，保持与销售部门良好的沟通推动收款工作。
7、Support other closing work.
支持其他关账工作。
8、Monthly VAT application and refund tax applicaiton wrok to goverment.
月度增值税纳税申报及出口退税工作。
9、Suporting Annual auditing work.
支持年度审计工作。
10、Other tasks assigned by supervisor
其他领导安排的工作。
任职要求 Requirements:
1.College graduate and above, major in accounting and finance or auditing;
大专及以上，会计或审计专业
2.2-3 years relevant experience;
2-3年相关工作经验
3.Knowledge of ERP system;
熟悉ERP系统的使用
4.Good command of written and spoken English;
良好的英语写作及口语能力
5.Good communication skill and with team spirit;
