职位描述：
1、按照公司战略定位和战略规划，建立清晰明确的品牌策略及实施路线图。
2、依据商业目标，计划、执行并追踪品牌策略或品牌挑战，充分整合所有用户接触点，建立关联，从而生发品牌意识和品牌热情，提升品牌健康度。
3、准确把握公司旗下各产品品牌的品牌定位，根据市场需求和变化、区域特性和市场信息，创意相应的品牌体验，策划相应的品牌活动。
4、根据品牌策略，领导完成对品牌形象的监督与管理，确保品牌形象的统一传播。
岗位要求：
1、熟练掌握并能够运用品牌建设方法论。
2、5年以上MKT经验，拥有独立带领团队运营某个品牌的工作经验，4A广告公司工作背景优先考虑。
