职位名称: HR recruitment Intern

职位概述: Support the whole recruitment process. Preparing offer, new contract and contract extension.

职责:
? Prepares advertisements, participates in job fairs, college recruitment programs and open house opportunities for applicants
? Collects CVs for local staff, creates candidate pool and keep CV database.
? Supports Recruitment Officer to contact with candidates and arrange interview.
? Supports Recruitment Officer to offer and prepare contract for new staff, and contract extension to existing staff.
? Supports Recruitment Officer to arrange foreign staff relocation, including apartment search, goods settlement

任职条件:
Good command of English in both writing and speaking
Good at co-ordination, organization, and as well as being able to pro-actively problems
Excellent computer skills in Excel, Word.
Can work at least 3 days when school session
